Biography
Dr. Adarsh Nath Malaviya is a legendary figure in Indian medicine, credited with pioneering the field of clinical immunology and rheumatology in India. He established the first specialized division at AIIMS, New Delhi, and later in Kuwait. In 1968, he published the first use of methotrexate in an autoimmune disease, a discovery that transformed the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis globally. He is a senior consultant at ISIC Superspeciality Hospital.
