Pfizer reported that the Phase 3 MagnetisMM-5 trial of elranatamab monotherapy significantly improved progression-free survival versus standard of care in earlier-line relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Conversion of the accelerated approval to full approval has not been dated.
