Biography
Dr. Anil D'Cruz is a globally renowned surgical oncologist specializing in head and neck cancers. He served as the Director of Tata Memorial Hospital and held the prestigious position of President of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) from 2020 to 2022. Dr. D'Cruz led the landmark NEJM study on elective versus therapeutic neck dissection in oral cancer, which redefined global management standards. He is a recipient of the Padma Shri and the Dr. B. C. Roy Award.
