Biography
Dr. P. Raghu Ram is a highly distinguished surgical oncologist and a prominent advocate for breast health in India. He is the Founding Director of the KIMS-USHALAKSHMI Centre for Breast Diseases and established the Ushalakshmi Breast Cancer Foundation. He served as the President of the Association of Surgeons of India (2020) and is a recipient of the Padma Shri and OBE for his transformative work in breast cancer awareness and early detection.
